Network Support Services

Site Survey – RF Analysis and Testing

Our wireless site survey includes manual inspection of the hardware, running analysis software to capture the data, assessment of the captured data and reporting. We provide predictive, physical, passive and post validation site surveys to our customers.

Equipment Installation

The equipment is unpacked, inspected and assembled. The devices are installed as per the customer’s requirement and defective or damaged equipment is reported to the customer

Equipment Staging and Configuration

We stage, upload, create and configure the equipment based on the instructions provided by the customer. Our services include IOS/Firmware/Software upgradation.


Our field engineers can be mobilized as per the required SLA to your site to repair defective devices and work through WAN, LAN, MPLS, SIP, TI, ISDN network/internet line issues along with the local ISPs.

Acceptance testing

After installation, our technical resource will perform a system test which includes connectivity testing, inspection of installed hardware, pictures of the rack and documentation of all devices delivered. An acceptance report is then signed by the customer and the responsible GlobalXperts resource.
